The RCIA is a course on the fundamentals of the Catholic Faith.
Who is the RCIA for?
For those who are; seeking; wondering what the Catholic Church teaches; investigating joining the Catholic Church; looking to return to the practice of the faith; actively practicing and seeking deeper understanding … well … for just about anyone on the journey.
Method
The RCIA is an adult learning environment. There will be time for learning and sharing. The process is not only intellectual development but also a spiritual encounter.
When does an adult become Catholic?
The Sacraments for adults (Baptism or First Communion or Confirmation) are usually celebrated at the Easter Vigil each year, following the completion of the RCIA process.
